RETREAT PROGRAM
| 8 – 10am | yoga & meditation |
| 10 – 10.30 | morning tea |
| 10.30 -11.15 | walking meditation (on the beach if weather permits) |
| 11.15 – 12 noon | yoga nidra (like a guided relaxation) |
| 12 – 3 | lunch break, free time |
| 3 – 5pm | restorative practices (yoga postures and play) |
